2023 has been an extremely busy year for the xnPOS team!
A record year for new sales with sales up over 35% against last year. Our US office in Miami has been particularly successful in 2023 with very strong sales growth, and as a result we have doubled the size of our US team during the year.
2023 has also seen some big advances in the xnPOS product with the release of new features, functionality and interfaces. Version 4.0.1, released earlier this year featured a new interface for the Windows workstation and the introduction of new workflows to make the product easier to learn and use. And there is more to come this year … Version 4.0.2 is due for release in December and will feature yet more exciting new features and functionality. See below for a sneak peak!
We set out below some further details on some of the years highlights

We were delighted to welcome so many people to our booth where we showcased the full range of the fully connected xnPOS modules: workstation, mobile, mobile pay, KDS, kiosk and xnPOS GO.
The photo shows (from left to right) Mike Hall, Gloria Casazza and Emmanuel Clave already for the start of a new day at HITEC.
Visitors to the booth were particularly interested in how xnPOS can save labor costs by leveraging guest self-service with xnPOS kiosk and xnPOS GO.
After the success of HITEC Toronto we are already planning for next years HITEC in Charlotte. We hope to see you there!
One very exciting development during the year was the chance to work with the teaching faculty at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of South Florida. We were delighted to donate a fully working xnPOS system to give the students at USF hands-on and practical experience of the benefits of working with a modern, highly functional F&B POS system.
The partnership with USF gives us the opportunity to support the next generation of hospitality management in our home state of Florida.
Cihan Cobanoglu, Dean of School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at USF, commented
“In our unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled education and experiential learning, we are proud to integrate xnPOS's cutting-edge software into our curriculum. By exposing our students to authentic hospitality technology solutions, we not only enhance their industry preparedness but also bridge the gap between theory and practical application. We extend our sincere gratitude to xnPOS for their generous donation of their Point-of-Sale System solutions, a contribution that will undoubtedly empower our students to excel in their future careers. This collaboration exemplifies our collective dedication to fostering innovation and excellence in the realm of hospitality and tourism management, and we eagerly look forward to the transformative impact it will have on our students and the industry as a whole.”
