Support Analyst (EPOS)

4 days on - 4 days off shift rota

Hybrid working


Job Purpose/Responsibilities 

You will provide support to our global hotel customer base for our EPOS system (xnPOS). This involves:

  • troubleshooting & managing support tickets
  • upgrading customer systems
  • installing new modules
  • working with other vendors to identify interface bugs
  • identify configuration issues or bugs within the software
  • Working a 37.5-hour week on Monday – Sunday shift rota

This is an ideal role for those who have worked on EPOS support before or have worked in hospitality and want to further their career.



  • Previous experience of IT/EPOS Support
  • Proactive, motivated and a team player
  • Good time management
  • Experience of working with SLAs and KPIs



  • Additional language:  French, German, Spanish
